The scheduled meeting of the Winston Park Homeowners Association was held on July 12th, 2024. The meeting started at 7:30 PM and was hosted by Vice President Smith.
A detailed review of the records from the previous meeting was shared.
Subsequently the approval of the minutes, several matters were discussed including:
- Landscaping plans
- Changes to existing rules and regulations
- Maintenance concerns raised by residents
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 PM.
The next meeting is scheduled for September 14th, 2023. All residents are encouraged to attend.
